Orders & Shipping

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within South Africa. Express shipping (1-2 days) options are available at checkout for an additional fee. We offer free shipping on all orders above R1,000.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website or visiting the Order Tracking page with your order number and email address.

Orders can be modified or canceled within 1 hour of placing them. After that, our system begins processing for shipment and changes may not be possible. Please contact our customer service team immediately if you need to make changes to a recent order.

Yes, we ship to most international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and value of items. Please note that import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Payments & Pricing

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), bank transfers, and PayPal. For orders over R10,000, we also offer financing options through our partner banks.

We don't offer direct installment plans, but we do partner with Mobicred to provide financing options. Customers can apply for Mobicred during checkout, and if approved, they can split their payments into monthly installments. Please note that approval is subject to Mobicred's application process and credit assessment. Interest rates and terms are determined by Mobicred.

Yes, we offer price matching on identical items sold by major authorized resellers. The competitor must be an authorized reseller of the product, and the item must be in stock. Price match requests must be submitted before purchase or within 14 days after purchase.

Returns & Warranty

We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories. Returns and collections are processed at our warehouse location in Kempton Park (58A Maple Rd, Pomona, Kempton Park, 1619). Some products like earbuds, software, and custom-configured items may have different return policies as noted on their product pages.

All products come with the manufacturer's standard warranty. We also offer optional extended warranty plans for most electronics, which can be added during checkout. Our Lekitech Protection Plan covers accidental damage and extends the warranty for up to 3 years.
