Shipping Policies
Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Confirmation: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Delivery Times: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Factors such as weather, carrier delays, and customs (for international orders) may affect delivery times.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for packages delivered to addresses provided by the customer.
International Orders: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient. For South African customers, we offer free shipping on orders over R1,000.

Returns & Refunds
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
Items that cannot be returned:
- Opened software, digital downloads, and subscription services
- Gift cards
- Personal hygiene items (earbuds, headphones with ear cushions, etc.)
- Custom-configured computers and devices
- Clearance items marked as final sale
Return Process: To initiate a return, please visit our Order Tracking page and follow the return instructions, or contact our customer service team.
Return Location: All returns must be sent to or dropped off at our warehouse location:
58A Maple Rd, Pomona, Kempton Park, 1619, South Africa.
For in-person collections and returns, please call ahead at +27 60 432 1703.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Some credit card companies may take longer to post the credit to your account.

- Exchange for another product
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (incorrect item shipped, defective product, etc.).
Warranty & Repairs
All products sold by LekiTech come with the manufacturer's standard warranty. For warranty claims and repairs:
- Contact our customer service within the warranty period
- Provide proof of purchase and product details
- Our team will guide you through the warranty or repair process
- Depending on the manufacturer, repairs may be handled directly or through Lekitech
Extended Warranty: We offer optional Lekitech Protection Plans that extend coverage and add accidental damage protection for most electronics products.
